Dave is the chief administrative officer for North American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB). In this role, Dave is charged with overseeing the company’s functions in collections, compliance, credit, legal, risk, and underwriting. Dave’s focus is to help guide the company’s business units successfully through the complex maze of laws, rules, regulations and guidelines that apply to the payments industry, and to do so in a manner that enables the company to maintain its position as a cutting edge, market leader.
Prior to joining NAB, Dave served as managing partner of Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, a New York area law firm, where he concentrated his work in the payments industry. During his time in private practice, Dave expertly counseled payment processors; CRM providers; merchant advance companies; independent sales organizations and partners; ISVs; VARs; integrated solution providers; e-commerce and gateway providers; and ATM companies on all matters pertaining to the payments industry.
Dave attended George Washington University, where he earned a B.A. degree with Distinction in Economics, and J.D. with Honors.
