Jay Nadarajah is the executive vice president and chief risk officer for North American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB). In this role, Jay strategically leads the teams that manage credit underwriting, fraud, portfolio management and collection risk for NAB.
Prior to joining NAB in 2016, Jay served as president at Bank of America Merchant Services Canada (BAMS Canada). Before ascending to the role of president with BAMS Canada, Jay held the role of chief financial officer and chief risk officer. Before joining Bank of America Merchant Services, Jay spent 10 years with Moneris Solutions in a variety of senior roles in finance and risk management.
Jay attended Brock University, where he earned a Bachelor of Accounting with Honors and earned an MBA from Northwestern University. Jay is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds the designation of ICD.D for completing the Directors Education Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
